Contextual Inquiry

I was the project manager for Interwalla, a UMSI based team of IT consultants. Our client, the Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation sought assistance in establishing and optimizing documentation processes as they transform their highly successful Vacant Property Task Force with an eye toward the future.

Interwalla conducted contextual inquiry as well as artifact and affinity wall analysis as part of the user-centered design process in an effort to uncover unmet needs and provide comprehensive information solutions.
